Fandom of the Month Club: February 2016

Hey there geekonistas!

Look at that! It's another late review! Haha seriously though, I am still trying to play catch-up from being sick, so I'm going to try to get up as many extra reviews as I can from February's boxes so I don't skip out on too many!

The subscription box I have for you today is the Fandom of the Month Club box. Fandom of the Month club is a monthly subscription box that delivers geeky themed jewelry and other accessories. The cost is $13.00 a month for a month-to-month subscription, $36.00 ($12.00 per box) if you pay for three months up front, and $66.00 ($11.00 per box) if you pay for six months up front. Shipping is extra and costs $3.50 per month within the U.S. and $9.80 per month internationally.

This month the theme is Alice in Wonderland, appropriate with the new "Alice Through the Looking Glass" movie coming out soon! As usual it includes an information card with a cute print on the front and a magnet with a simple design to match the theme, and everything was packaged in a cute linen bag with an Alice in Wonderland quote printed on it.

The first item is this adjustable ring, perfect for a mad tea party! It even has "tea" inside and a mini spoon!

Next up is a silver filigree cuff bracelet with a gray scale portrait of the White Rabbit. The cuff is slightly adjustable, too - good for those of us with giant man size wrists.

My favorite item in the box this month (though that's a tough call) are these silver post earrings with the Cheshire Cat's famous quote - "We're all mad here".

The last item in the box this month is an antiqued gold long necklace with a pendant made up of individual Alice in Wonderland themed charms, like a rose, pocketwatch, key, heart, teapot, and a tiny bottle that says "Drink Me" inside.

Final Thoughts: Since all the other Fandom of the Month club boxes have been very... hardcore geek oriented, I guess you could say, I appreciated the change in theme to something a bit more classic but still very relevant. Overall I really enjoyed this box and I'm looking forward to the next!

What did you think of this month's Fandom of the Month box? Are you excited for the new movie? Let me know in the comments!

Thanks for hanging out!
